Meet Dean Wilson at KROC

You can meet 2011 Lites National Champion Dean Wilson (@DeanWilson15) at this weekend’s KROC at Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ.

Wilson broke the news on his Twitter account this afternoon and it was confirmed this evening with Raceway Park track manager Rich Schmidt.

Wilson is unable to ride due to a broken wrist he suffered at the final round of the national series but will be on hand signing autographs with his good hand on Sunday.

Dont miss the 35th Anniversary of the Kawasaki Race of Champions. Things are shaping up to be an outstanding weekend…weather looks great,
complete track changes (both layout AND obstacles), and over 40 loads of sand being brought in Thursday to make it even more exciting! In addition, THREE FREE KLX 110′s will be given away to one lucky 65cc rider, 85cc rider, and “B” Rider in our exhibition classes! (Courtesy of Mt. Holly Kawasaki, Monmouth Cycles, and Motorcycle Mall) Plus, we have Kawasaki AND Honda contingency for the event, which is also the final round of the Ultimate Series. For all Pro Expert Racers, this is a Pro Am event to earn valuable Pro Am Points, plus, the top 10 fastest racers from Sunday morning’s practice sessions will be entered into the Traxxas Dash For Cash for over $500 cash up for grabs along with a brand new Traxxas R/C car!

Racers who show up Thursday will have the option to purchase their credentials THURSDAY NIGHT from 8-9pm to expedite the process of getting everyone in Friday morning. Be sure to join us for our open practice on the actual (completely remodeled) RACE TRACK Friday from 10am-4pm. This practice is only open to those who are racing this weekend…racers will sign up to race Friday morning, and, get the wrist band for practice at the same time.
